The moment you embark on your personal journey of inner connection and discovery with the Tao, every lesson can be logged in your UHT passport for future reference.

This is a self-paced system that allows students to customise training timing and costs.

Whether you consider teaching qigong or not, each step of your path holds a latent key to becoming a qigong instructor. Still, much more than that, it will take you on a remarkable personal journey of inner connection and discovery.

As humans, we are collective beings and thrive when we interact and share. Be it one-to-one or in groups, teaching will take us deeper into our journey as we share with heart and gratitude in a collective human adventure toward self-mastery.

From simple qigong and emotional harmony to physical strength, sexuality and spirituality, we encourage you to start with whatever brings you joy!

Whatever you choose, every lesson can be logged in your UHT passport for future reference.

If you wish to become a qualified UHT instructor and honour the generosity passed down by Grandmaster Mantak Chia, there are several possibilities.

Each step requires a specific minimum number of guided training hours to be eligible to take the exam in the subjects you wish to teach. Courses can be taken online or in person, at your leisure. You may accumulate and log your practice hours with your Senior instructor's assistance until you are ready.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Practice hours in branches Chi Nei Tsang and Cosmic Healing are NOT cumulative on the Qigong Inner Alchemy path.
